How to order

Order from the comfort of your own home!

Simply select your currency, item, size & colour add to your shopping basket and select the relevant debit or credit card to pay. All payments are captured & verified by WorldPay UK.

Home delivery

We aim to deliver within 6 working days from receipt of order. International orders may take up to 14 working days depending on courier or post selected with your order.

Delivery is subject to availability.Your parcel will be delivered by the couriers you have selected with your order.

We cannot be held responsible if the delivery address provided to us is incorrect. Once the goods have been delivered to the stated address, all risk of damage to, or loss of, the goods shall pass to you. If you intend to cancel your order in accordance with the exchange and returns policy referred to below, you must keep good care of the goods pending their return to us and return them unused in their original packaging with any hygiene seals untouched.

 

How to Pay

All prices and charges are shown in your chosen currency. They include any VAT currently at the rate of 20% but exclude delivery charges. Delivery charges will be clearly stated at check out & will vary according to service selected & country of recipient.

 

Non-payment
If for any reason your payment by credit/debit card is refused, no goods will be dispatched before we have contacted you to clarify the matter. If your goods have been dispatched and received (i.e. the parcel has not been returned to us within the 14 day home approval period), we will contact you for payment settlement. Any late settlement - which is 10 working days after the first payment request - will be followed by reminder letters.
We reserve the right to charge you £12 per reminding letter to cover our own administrative costs. If we feel it is necessary to take legal action (including instructing a debt collection agency) we reserve the right to charge you any related costs both before and after judgement (including interest).

 

RETURNS

We want you to feel completely confident when you shop with us. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with an item you have purchased, we will be happy to exchange it for an alternative product or refund you the full purchase price. Goods can be returned within 14 days of receipt. The goods must be unused in their original packaging with any hygiene seals untouched.

 

Please complete and enclose the return form from your delivery note inside your parcel.


Any refund you receive for returned goods will be credited to the payment method used.


Please note we will process your refund as quickly as possible but in some cases this can take up to 4 weeks. 

It is at our sole discretion to accept a late return of goods, in which case we may charge a fee of £ 3.99 to cover our own processing costs. Your statutory rights are not affected.
For most items you have the legal right to cancel your order within 7 working days after the day on which you received your goods. However this right does not apply to certain items such as personalized products, perishable goods, and audio or video recordings or computer software which have been opened. Your statutory rights are not affected.

We will match the direct cost of returning the goods against the delivery charges, so there is no additional charge to you. Please allow up to 28 days for returns to be processed and refunded.
